Hi All,
Was wondering if anyone here knows the root to my problem, i've been experiencing a terrible line lately.. it keeps dropping to E or H, and sometimes it even has no network
My family's line is fine tho, so idk why mine is different

If is same line that should be ok hmmm maybe you try to off your phone and wait like for 1 minute then restart and see

You may check with your telco as many didnt realize that they are using 3g and 90% 3G in Malaysia is been shutdown so line is bad

Ya my mother just change her last week cause she keep complaint to me the line is bad and I check online only found out that 3g is closed for my area, btw I using Celcom

Oh I see then I think would be this problem cause I am using the number pass down by my dad, the number is quite old

Oh then you most probably you are using 3g dy cause newer simcard all are 4g dy

Is there anyway for me to check on whether I am 3g or 4g? Need any app or website? Or must visit Celcom directly?

No need any app or website, you can just check whether you able to switch to 4g/LTE in your data setting

Also just to share Celcom offer free upgrade so if found out is 3g also no need worries ya

Hopefully you have upgraded to 4g cause is already 2022 which mean 3g is bye
If not have to do it soon cause not sure will they continue this free upgrade till when

Plan to go today but suddenly have something to settle
Hopefully Celcom will offer free upgrade at least till this week
